Safety and installation instructions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Due to the weight of the components, at least 2 people are required to unpack and place the product.
To avoid burrs on the edges of your Chuck appliance's steel griddle, we recommend not rolling the griddle during transport. If burrs occur, it will no longer be possible to scrape the top clean with a spatula.
Due to superficial corrosion, Corten steel components may cause orange stains on clothing, skin, and surfaces. When it rains, rust water may run off, which can cause permanent stains on light-colored stone or wooden surfaces.
Securely place the griddle on the cone with 2 people. Start halfway and then pull it over the cone until it clicks into place. If the griddle does not fit immediately, rotate it until the ring falls into place. Use gloves when placing it and avoid staining clothes when touching Corten steel components.
Ensure that the Chuck appliance is placed on a hard, level, heat-resistant, and stable surface.
Do not move the Chuck appliances after installation to prevent damage to the feet or fixings.
Do not use the adjustable feet to adjust the overall height of the Chuck appliance. If they are extended more than 10 mm, the appliance may become unstable.
Do not use pure alcohol, gasoline, or other chemicals to light the fire. This is dangerous and can affect the food. Only use firelighters compliant with EN 1860-3.
Never leave the Chuck appliance unattended during use.
Keep children and pets away during and after use, as long as the appliance is still hot.
Never use the Chuck appliance indoors or in enclosed spaces. This can lead to dangerous fumes and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Ensure that there are no flammable materials near your Chuck appliance.
